Abstract
This study was performed to estimate the prevention effect on dental caries in water fluoridated area between age 7 to 11 years old children.
Dental survey had been done for 1320 children in fluoridated area and 1240 Children in. non-fluoridated area in 1992. The authors calculated the dt index, ft index, it index.: and dfi index of each area. The authors also calculated DT index, FT index, MT index and DE index of each area and estimated the prevention rates of dental caries by water fluoridation.
